George Kuang, Chairman, Chief Science Officer:
Widely known as one of China's top telecom executives George Kuang hold a Masters Degree from Tianjin University. From 1990-1994 George was Engineer, Director and Vice President at Tianjin Optical and Electric Company. In 1994 George was among the first employees of China Unicom in Tianjin and rose to Vice President and AGM overseeing >800 employees. George spearheaded the building of its first PSTN network along with their first GSM network. In 2000 George became CEO of Neusoft Information Systems, China's first non-government owned carrier, building and selling an IP Network designed to carry wholesale traffic for worldwide carriers. In 2002, George acquired this network from Neusoft, and founded Koncept, International.
Jeffrey (Jeff) T. Holtmeier, CEO, Treasurer and Secretary:
His experience includes more than 20 years of successful entrepreneurship in the telecommunications industry. At 24, Holtmeier founded and built InfiNET and grew into one of the largest and most respected independently owned Telecom companies in the US. In 2000 International Broadband carrier, Teligent, acquired InfiNET. Holtmeier also founded Q.SyS, Inc., a software development firm that created a (US Patented) call center software sold through the largest manufacturers of communications systems in North America, Europe and Japan. In 1999, Holtmeier was recipient of the prestigious USA Entrepreneur of the Year Award, sponsored by NASDAQ, USA Today, and Ernst & Young, and in 2010 was a finalist for the International Business Award. Jeff is a Koncept Founder.
Phil Deng, Vice President of Operations
Phil graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, a top Telecommunications Technology University in China. Phil was Director of the Network Operations Center of China Unicom Tianjin branch during 2000-2002, and then Chief Engineer of Neusoft division Neu-Firmnet. In 2002, Phil joined George Kuang founding Koncept.Junying (Jun) Sun, Director of Marketing
Simpson Tian, Controller
Simpson has an accounting degree from Amoy University in Xiamen, Fujian Province China and is a US Citizen who has been with Koncept since 2003.
